We human beings are never satisfied with what we have.
And that's when we become unhappy.
When we don't have that thing/person we want, we complain about it, we say "that's all I've ever wanted". But when we have it, we want more and more and more... We start expecting more. And that's when disappointments come in. That's when we start complaining about it again. Wishing how things will turn out to be. But then again, those who complain may not be wrong. We always take things for granted. When we first have the thing/person, we really cherish it. Because its new to us, and its also "what we've always wanted". But after awhile, most will take what they have for granted. Because we already have them, because we think they'll not leave us.
But in the end, who's wrong and who's right? Is the one having expectations wrong or is the one that fail to meet the expectations wrong?
We all should reflect.
Those who take things/people around them for granted should change and those who have way too high expectations should lower their expectations
Me included.
